The Committee of Namdroling has instructed us to post that a formal announcement will soon be released regarding the cremation of the Kudung (Holy Body) of His Holiness Drubwang Pema Norbu Rinpoche, our late root teacher.
The cremation will take place on the 13th Day of the Fourth Month of the Tibetan Calendar, or Thursday, 23 May, 2013 at Namdroling Monastery in South India. The Administration at Namdroling Monastery will officially announce the cremation soon and we will post the formal announcement immediately. You are being informed in advance should you wish to make travel plans to join us in this blessed ceremony. This way there will be time to book flights and apply for the mandatory Protected Area Permit.
